Copilot Consultant Opportunity:
We are seeking an experienced Microsoft 365 Copilot consultant to help accelerate enterprise-wide Copilot adoption and establish a scalable operating model for agent governance, enablement, and automation.
The customer's Microsoft 365 Copilot rollout is already underway with:
* Strong licensing adoption
* Baseline active usage
* Existing reporting capabilities
* Foundational user training delivered
Their next phase is focused on:
* Driving meaningful day-to-day usage
* Enabling measurable value realisation
* Establishing safe and scalable agent development practices
* Creating a sustainable operating model for advanced users and publishers
This is a hands-on consulting engagement focused on practical implementation, measurable adoption outcomes, and sustainable governance — not just strategy or technical build work.
Copilot Consultant Responsibilities
1. Accelerate Microsoft 365 Copilot adoption across the organisation through practical interventions and user enablement
2. Create role-based guidance, adoption playbooks, and support models for both general users and power users
