We are seeking a new Chief Executive to lead Thenue and be responsible to the Board of Management for its overall success. This pivotal role demands a strategic thinker and a transformational leader who can drive performance, innovation, and customer engagement across the Association and its subsidiaries.
Key Objectives:
* Foster a culture of excellence, value for money, and continuous improvement.
* Champion customer and community engagement, delivering innovative services.
* Drive growth through new services and innovative methods to achieve social objectives.
* Promote environmental sustainability and responsible business practices.
* Maximise value from economies of scale and synergies.
* Lead effective asset management strategies to optimise asset value.
* Provide strategic leadership to the Executive team, ensuring coordinated Strategic Plans and collaboration across the Association.
* Ensure excellent governance, service delivery, and stakeholder relationships.
* Guarantee compliance with all regulatory and statutory requirements.

What We are Looking For:

* Experience in developing customer-driven services and engaging effectively with customers.
* Knowledge of legal and regulatory frameworks and the socio-political environment.
* Track record of leading strategic change with strong engagement.
* Experience in business development, innovation, and cultural change.
* Extensive stakeholder engagement experience including government, commercial, and voluntary sectors.
* Relevant qualification in housing, property, finance or related field.
