The starting salary for this role is £30,647 per annum, based on a 36 hour working week.
We are excited to be recruiting a Senior Team Administrator to join Business Support Team within our Fostering Administration Team on a permanent basis. The position will be based at St Francis Centre, Southway, Guildford, GU2 8WZ.
This role is open to part-remote working, meaning you will be required to work in the office a minimum of 2 days a week, on a rota basis, to support with office duties and the remainder of the week is worked from home.

About the Role

Working within our Social Care Admin Team you will play an integral part in the day to day running of the department and all things admin. In this role you will organise and minute a variety of multi-agency meetings on behalf of the social care teams, distribute minutes to involved parties ensuring timescales are met, provide an efficient telephone service to our stakeholders and service users, liaise with professionals both within social care and with partner agencies, such as Police, Health, Education and Legal. You will keep track of information, update and maintain spreadsheets and databases and provide performance information to line managers and other departments when requested.

10. Prior administration experience in a busy office environment showing your ability to take a confident, organised, and proactive approach to your work
11. Excellent customer service and communication skills as we handle telephone calls on a daily basis
12. Experience in minuting taking complex/HR meetings, typing directly onto a laptop
13. Excellent IT skills and proficiency in using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint and SharePoint)
14. Experience of mentoring junior members of a team
15. Commitment to your own professional development
