So, as a Customer Assistant, you will already be a natural when it comes to customer service however, with our bespoke training you will become an expert in delighting our customers with our warm northern welcome and creating a magical shopping experience for our customers.
Working in one of our departments your day will be filled with a variety of interesting tasks, from checking stock and keeping records to looking after health & safety and food hygiene. Our customers will be your main focus, and everything you do will be with their shopping experience in mind. If they're happy, then we're happy - and that's what Booths is all about.
You don't need retail experience to join our family. But you do need to be the kind of warm, friendly, hardworking and innovative person who can shine in front of our customers and fit comfortably into a hard working close team.
Additional Information:
The cafe position is a fast paced job with many different opportunities within it. There will be chance to learn the cooking aspect, the coffee machine and the checkout as well as taking food out to customers. The cafe colleagues are a close team who work well under pressure they are easy to get on with and are very hard working.The shifts will range from between 7am - 6pm.
Customer Assistant roles will require a minimum of 1 weekend shift per week.
Advertised rates of pay are applicable to 21 years +
18 – 20 years: £9.50
