We are looking for Customer Team Members to join our team at Co-op. Working pattern:
5 out of 7 varied shifts including early mornings (store opening), afternoons, late evenings (store closing), and weekends. Details to be discussed at interview.

Your responsibilities include providing excellent service on the tills and shop floor, re-stocking shelves, and cleaning up spillages.

What you'll do
1. Provide friendly and thoughtful service, responding to queries, promoting Co-op products and Membership, and ensuring a great shopping experience.
2. Support your colleagues to solve problems for customers and members, making everyone's day better.
3. Ensure the store is safe and compliant, keeping shelves stocked, and verifying prices, dates, and temperatures.
4. Help introduce new products and services, sharing experiences with colleagues to facilitate learning.
5. Support the local community by participating in activities and events.
