The Role
We are looking to appoint an Assistant Cook to assist the Chef Supervisor in the day-to-day preparation of food and the efficient running of the kitchen. The successful candidate will prepare, cook, and present food to Foundation standards under the direction of the Chef Supervisor. They will also supervise and instruct staff and trainees assigned to kitchen duties by the Chef Supervisor. A current Food Hygiene qualification is essential.
