About The Role
HC-One is seeking a Chef with an S/NVQ2 in Catering & Hospitality or Professional Cookery, a minimum Level 2 Food Hygiene Certificate, and an understanding of Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points.

About You
You should be organized to meet service times, capable of planning and prioritizing autonomously, and skilled in following recipes precisely. Your passion for food and understanding of the importance of good quality, home-cooked meals for our Residents are essential. When communicating with Residents or colleagues, you should be considerate and kind.
Safeguarding is everyone's responsibility. You must recognize signs of abuse, harm, or neglect, and know the procedures to follow if concerns arise. All staff are required to attend safeguarding training relevant to their role and to seek advice and escalate concerns when necessary.
