This role is perfect for individuals who can take initiative, deliver pre-planned lessons, and offer strong support to pupils who may display challenging behaviour or require a structured, consistent approach.As an HLTA, you'll work across different classes and year groups, lead whole-class teaching when needed, and provide support to pupils with a range of behavioural, learning, and social-emotional needs.
