Responsibilities:
* Support the sales team with order processing
* Assist with Customer contact reactive and proactive
* Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process
* Prepare sales contracts and negotiate terms with customers
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any issues or concerns
* Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities
