VANRATH are delighted to be assisting our client, a large Public Sector Organisation with the recruitment of an Estates Manager to join their team based in Belfast. This is a Full-Time Monday - Friday position. 37.5 hours per week. Monday - Friday 9 - 5. Salary £37,338 per annum, plus benefits. Responsibilities: Coordinate and oversee day-to-day Estates operations and communications. Manage task allocation, tracking, and systems (manual and digital). Support strategic planning, reporting, procurement, and business case development. Maintain compliance with safety standards, policies, and regulations. Collaborate with internal teams and external partners on Estates matters. Handle data management, audits, and lease monitoring. Contribute to financial oversight and administrative improvement. Deliver quality customer service and assist with meetings and recruitment as needed. Essential Criteria: HND or equivalent in Business/Management or 5+ years in contract/procurement management. 3+ years managing diverse property portfolios and facilities services. Proven ability in stakeholder engagement, contract management, and reporting. Experience using CAFM systems (e.g., 3i, MICAD). Proficient in Microsoft Office. Strong organisational, communication, and customer service skills. Full driving licence or access to transport. Desirable Criteria: 3+ years in facilities management at mid-management level. 2+ years' experience in a healthcare-related Estates role. Health care leadership qualification.
