Key purpose of the role
You will be the central engine of our creative delivery during a pivotal stage of growth. You’ll own creative projects end to end – from briefing through to delivery – ensuring work is delivered on time, on brief and to a high creative standard. This role is about making brilliant creative happen at pace, building momentum and helping our brand scale without compromising quality.
Key Responsibilities
* End-to-end project delivery: Manage the full lifecycle of creative projects from initial briefing through to final production and rollout across channels.
* Maintaining momentum: Keep multiple projects moving at pace, proactively managing timelines, priorities and risks so no work loses traction in a fast-moving, scale-up environment.
* Creative quality control: Act as the bridge between brief and creative output, applying strong attention to detail and judgement to ensure all work meets brand standards.
* Ways of working: Continuously evolve ways of working to support rapid growth while raising creative standards.
* Resource management: Coordinate creatives and external partners, ensuring clarity, alignment and delivery against deadlines.
* Stakeholder management: Manage expectations, communicate clearly on progress and priorities, and build confidence through structured, transparent project management.
Qualifications, skills and knowledge
Significant and proven experience in the following areas:
* Proven experience in creative project management role, either agency-side or in-house
* Experience managing multiple creative projects simultaneously across different disciplines including digital/print/packaging
* Strong understanding of creative workflows, production timelines and stakeholder management
* Demonstrated ability to work at speed, adapt to shifting priorities and deliver, quality under pressure
* Ideally experience in a fast-paced D2C scale up
Personal qualities and skills:
* Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail.
* Proactive, solutions-focused and comfortable taking ownership.
* Excellent communication skills, able to translate creative needs into clear, actionable plans.
* Confident building relationships both remotely and in person.
* Comfortable using project management and collaboration tools such as calls, Teams, ClickUp, Frontify, Slack and Dropbox, with the flexibility to adapt
Working Pattern & Requirements
Remuneration & Working Pattern
The salary for this role is £43,000 per year, based on a four-day working week. This is a six-month fixed-term contract with a hybrid working arrangement, requiring at least one day per week in the office.
Job Requirements
Based within commutable distance - able and willing to travel to our office in Farnham at least once per week, and into London occasionally.
