Company

Here at Instinct, we’re delighted to be working with a fast-growing learning consultancy that specialises in human-centred, creative approaches to workplace learning. With a focus on performance consulting, modern learning experiences, and design thinking, they deliver innovative solutions that truly change how people learn, work, and grow. It’s a rare opportunity to play a key role in a large-scale project, partnering with a diverse team to design and deliver innovative, high-impact learning and development solutions.

Role

This is not a traditional L&D role; its about applying modern learning principles to create scalable, user-centred learning that embeds growth directly into the flow of work. As the Learning Consultant, you’ll work directly with clients to design and deliver end-to-end learning solutions that make a measurable impact. You’ll bring both creativity and commercial acumen, combining experience design with hands-on delivery, and the ability to spot opportunities and sell solutions in fast-paced corporate environments.

Skillset required:

* Learning Experience Design: Proven ability to design and deliver engaging, human-centred learning experiences, applying principles of UX, design thinking, and creative approaches such as gamification.
* Performance Consulting: Skilled at diagnosing business and performance challenges, and proposing solutions that deliver measurable impact.
* End-to-End L&D Delivery: Experience working across the full learning lifecycle – from needs analysis and solution design to delivery and evaluation.
* Stakeholder Engagement: Strong consulting and facilitation skills, able to build trusted relationships, influence decisions, and manage expectations with senior stakeholders.
* Commercial Awareness: Understanding of billable time and consultative selling, with experience spotting opportunities and adding value for clients.
* Creativity and Innovation: A curious, imaginative mindset, bringing fresh ideas and energy to learning design and delivery.
* Agility: Comfortable working in fast-paced, client-facing environments, adapting quickly to new contexts and balancing multiple priorities.

Rewards

This is a fantastic opportunity to showcase your learning expertise. You’ll be a key player in a high-impact project, delivering modern learning solutions that directly influence operational excellence and continuous improvement
