The Role: Barista Maestro (Team Leader)
Offer: 25 hours per week on a contract basis. As a Barista Maestro, you will craft high‑quality Costa coffee, lead your team, and provide a welcoming atmosphere for every customer.
Responsibilities
* Craft consistently great coffee with skill and care
* Deliver outstanding customer service that leaves a lasting impression
* Lead by example and support your team to meet brand standards
* Take responsibility when the Store Manager or Assistant Manager is absent
* Manage stock, support deliveries, and maintain store hygiene
* Build a team culture where everyone feels supported, confident and proud
* Enjoy the role and support training; no prior experience required – a positive attitude and willingness to learn are essential
Qualifications
* A genuine love for coffee and people
* A positive, can‑do attitude with plenty of personality
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
* Confidence to lead by example
* Ability to stay cool under pressure and multitask
