Role Overview Joining the Managed Services Team, you will play a hands-on role in keeping client infrastructure running securely and efficiently. Day to day you can expect to: Resolve support tickets and troubleshoot complex client issues across the Microsoft ecosystem
Support end-users within Microsoft 365, Azure, desktop and server environments
Monitor and maintain critical infrastructure and services to the highest standards
Apply strong network troubleshooting skills to diagnose and resolve issues quickly
Deliver excellent, professional service to a varied and demanding client base
What We Are Looking For Please note: MSP experience is essential for this role. Applications without a background in a Managed Services Provider environment will not be considered.
Minimum 3 years of experience working within an MSP environment
Microsoft certifications required or actively in progress: MS-900, Azure Administrator and/or Security Administrator (external validation is essential)
A specialism in mobile device management or security administration is highly desirable
Outstanding communication skills with the confidence to engage professionally at all levels
Highly organised and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure
A genuine passion for technology with strong, proven troubleshooting ability
A collaborative team player who thrives in a busy, fast-paced environment
