Income Administration Officer 37 hours per week, based in Preston £25,948.89 (£13.45ph) This is a Real Living Wage role What will you be doing in this role? You will be part of the Income Management Team whose primary focus is maximising income CGA and our customers. You will be responsible for providing and efficient and effective administrative service for the Income Management team. What we are looking for in you: We are looking for a highly organised, motivated person who is passionate about delivering excellent customer service to join our busy Income Management Team. Previous administrative experience would be beneficial, however, if you are a naturally proactive and self-motivated individual, then with our continuous learning and development opportunities, we would be happy to support you with the training and tools to succeed in this role and beyond. The Main things: You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a good knowledge of IT systems and be able to organise your own workload. You will have a passion for delivering first class customer service and deal with customers in a friendly and professional manner whilst going above and beyond to deliver the highest level of standards. Working in a busy department, you will be able to manage daily operational tasks with confidence and enthusiasm. It would be great if you also had: Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office and Excel.
