Role Overview:
We are seeking a confident, motivated and personable Residential Estate Agent to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing residential property sales from initial instruction to completion, delivering exceptional service to clients and helping them navigate the property market with ease.
Key Responsibilities:
Valuing and listing residential properties for sale
Conducting viewings and providing feedback to vendors
Negotiating offers and managing the sales progression process
Building and maintaining strong relationships with buyers, sellers, solicitors, and mortgage advisors
Maintaining accurate property and client records using CRM software
Meeting and exceeding individual and branch targets
Keeping up to date with local property market trends and legislation
Previous experience in residential sales or lettings (1+ year preferred)
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Strong customer service orientation
Self-motivated with a proactive and target-driven attitude
Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
Familiarity with property management systems (e.g. Street) is advantageous

* Salary - £26k per annum
* Commission – New instructions won - £10 per instruction; CLS Instructed as Solicitors - £10 per instruction; Completed matter – £10 per completion (roughly £2k per annum)

* Length of service days, 1 per year after year 4, up to a maximum of 5
