Finance Transformation Manager Why join our client

This is an opportunity for a Finance Transformation Manager who enjoys using their finance expertise to drive meaningful change. Based within a collaborative and supportive environment, you'll work alongside senior finance leaders, operational teams, and technology specialists to improve how finance operates across multiple countries.

How you'll make an impact
As Finance Transformation Manager, you will:
Lead finance transformation initiatives across multiple international markets
Review and improve finance processes to increase efficiency and consistency
Support Record-to-Report and Budget-to-Report process improvements
Strengthen financial controls and governance frameworks
Identify and deliver automation opportunities across finance activities
Facilitate workshops and stakeholder engagement sessions
Support ERP and wider digital transformation programmes
Improve month-end close processes and reporting effectiveness
Drive process standardisation and continuous improvement initiatives
Help shape future-state finance operating models
Why you're a great fit
You'll be a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA) with strong finance experience and a passion for improving how finance teams operate.
Strong background in management accounting, finance operations or shared services
Experience improving finance processes, controls and ways of working
Strong stakeholder management and business partnering skills
Experience working within complex or international organisations
Knowledge of month-end close, journals, management accounts and finance controls
Experience delivering transformation, automation or systems improvement initiatives
Ability to combine finance expertise with process improvement thinking
Exposure to ERP implementation or optimisation programmes would be beneficial
Experience supporting large-scale finance transformation projects would be advantageous
