Sales Administrator - Lichfield

📍 Location: Lichfield
💼 Salary: £25,000 per annum
🕒 Hours: 37.5 hours per week (Mon-Fri, 8:30am-4:30pm)
🌐 Hybrid Working: Option to work from home on Mondays and/or Fridays after training
📅 Holidays: 34 days including bank holidays

About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Administrator to join our dynamic team in Lichfield. In this pivotal role, you'll provide essential administrative support to our Sales Team, ensuring smooth operations and excellent customer service. You'll be the go-to person for processing orders, managing queries, and maintaining accurate records across our systems.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Customer Support

Process invoices, credit notes, and customer returns
Handle customer queries and complaints via phone, email, and CRM
Support External Sales Representatives with admin and data
Maintain accurate records in SAP and other systems
Produce paperwork for the Production TeamPurchasing & Supplier Liaison

Raise and manage purchase requisitions
Resolve invoice discrepancies with suppliers
Maintain query logs and liaise with Finance for accurate coding
Track projected orders and inform Finance of accrualsLogistics & Dispatch Coordination

Allocate deliveries to hauliers based on cost and location
Monitor dispatches and ensure documentation is traceable
Conduct trailer checks and ensure accurate loadingGeneral Administration

Support ad hoc projects and business initiatives
Attend meetings or travel to other sites as required
Represent the Sales function professionally at all times

What We're Looking For

Strong administrative skills with attention to detail
Excellent communication and customer service abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Experience with SAP, CRM, and document management systems (e.g., Therefore, ARMA)
Ability to prioritise tasks and work independently
