No two days look the same. You'll: Deliver change and transformation for major programmes Work across multiple clients and sectors - often simultaneously Manage or contribute to project teams, depending on the assignment Partner directly with senior client stakeholders Drive internal capability growth and business development Help define and embed industry best practice Mentor colleagues and contribute to the operational heartbeat of the team You'll thrive in ever changing, multi stakeholder environments where ambiguity is the norm - and where the outcomes you push forward make a tangible, measurable difference. This role is ideal for someone from management consulting or a similar environment who is ready to hit the ground running, lead client engagements, and step confidently into bigger stewardship over time. We're looking for someone who combines technical capability, consulting experience and human brilliance: Experience & Qualifications Degree qualified Ideally with certifications in: * Change Management & Transformation * Lean / Operational Excellence * APM or similar project management qualifications * Agile / Scrum Comfortable running or being close to running projects with minimal supervision This is not an entry level position so you should have demonstrable experience in consulting or similar, delivering tangible client outcomes Essential Skills & Behaviours Clear, confident communication and presentation skills Strong relationship building and emotional intelligence Curiosity, adaptability and resilience - thriving in ambiguity Problem solving and strong decision making Growth mindset for your own development and the business Ability to quickly learn new domains and deliver improvements with confidence Experience with tools such as Jira, Asana, [1] Monday.com, Power Apps, AI or process automation would be a bonus Working Style Hybrid: 2-3 days per week in office Willingness to travel nationally and occasionally internationally Ability to work at client sites as needed READY TO MAKE A DIFFERENCE?
