As an Operations Quality Coordinator, you will be supporting the production team to ensure products meet specifications and supporting operations when product quality issues are detected, as well as resolving challenges and handling customer complaints.
Hours: 37.5 hours per week, flexible

Key responsibilities of an Operations Quality Coordinator
* Support operations when product quality issues are detected
* Supporting the production team to make sure products meet specifications
* Lead problem solving efforts and investigate any quality issues, liaising with the production team throughout
* Handle customer complaints and raise complaints with suppliers
* Supporting with audits, validations and document control
Key skills and experience required for an Operations Quality Coordinator
* Quality experience within a manufacturing environment
* Proficient in MS Office, particularly with Excel
