The Role
You will work closely with top-ranked trial lawyers on major commercial disputes and arbitrations.
Expect high-impact exposure across:
* Pre-action strategy, injunctions & mediations
* Pleadings, applications & hearings
* Disclosure, research & client communications
* Witness & expert statements
* Trial prep & overall case strategy
You’ll gain hands-on responsibility from day one in a dynamic, high-achieving disputes team.
About You:
* You will be a qualified solicitor (E&W), with 2–5 PQE in commercial litigation, with experience acting for both claimants & defendants.
* Additionally you will have experience with injunctions, mediation, pleadings & hearings
