ISS are looking for a Facilities Manager with a strong background in cleaning/soft FM to be responsible for overall service delivery, supplier monitoring and client liaising for the site.
Job Responsibilities
Manage Facility Services: Take full charge of providing facility management services at the location.
Supplier Partnership: Develop a strong partnership with assigned suppliers and ISS colleagues, monitoring their performance and helping them meet contract requirements.
Performance Targets: Work closely with on-site team to meet performance targets.
Performance Review: Continuously assess performance against agreed service level agreements (SLAs) and take action to prevent failures.
Communication with VM02 Team: Collaborate with Telefonica team, reporting progress and enhancing service delivery.
Training Management: Identify and manage on-site training needs.
Team Performance Management: Manage on-site team performance, including discipline if necessary.
Health and Safety Compliance: Coordinate with the Account Health and Safety Manager to ensure compliance with health and safety policies.
Statutory Compliance: Ensure operational statutory compliance and completion of planned preventive maintenance (PPM) works.
Experience:
* Background in Soft FM - Specifically Cleaning
* Minimum of 3 years experience in FM.
* Strong Customer/Client Facing skills
* Evidence of Managing performance and identifying improvements through use of management data
* Computer Literate
* Good communication
