Key Account Sales Manager – Activated Carbon Products and Services
Salary up to £60k (Depending on experience) + bonus, car or car allowance + benefits

A Key Account Sales Manager is required at Carbon Activated Europe, part of the Carbon Activated Group, a leading manufacturer and distributor of activated carbon products and services.
Due to growth in our European operations (UK, Germany, Poland), we are expanding our sales team in the United Kingdom. You will have 3-5 years of activated carbon sales management experience in areas such as Air Filtration, Biogas, Chemicals, Food and Beverage, Remediation, Water, and Wastewater.
As a Key Account Sales Manager, you will develop major accounts across the UK and Europe, working closely with regional sales teams and distribution networks. You should have successful sales and marketing experience in activated carbon products and services, with a proven ability to grow accounts through personal sales, technical expertise, and collaboration.
Requirements include:
* Current role as a Key Account Sales Manager or similar, seeking wider responsibilities.
* Experience in relevant industry sectors.
* Ability to manage and grow existing accounts, develop new clients, and work with channel partners.
* Willingness to travel 25-50% across Europe.
* Degree in Chemistry or related Science, or equivalent experience.
* Strong people management skills for coaching and developing external teams.
* Self-motivated, entrepreneurial, data-driven, with good IT and organizational skills.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills.
