From retail and hospitality to education and commercial offices, our reputation is built on reliability, quality, and great people. Due to continued growth and new contract wins, we're now looking for an experienced Air Conditioning Maintenance Engineer to join our expanding team.
The Role
As a mobile engineer, you'll cover Yorkshire and surrounding areas (with occasional further travel), carrying out a mix of planned and reactive maintenance across a wide range of AC systems. You'll be trusted to work independently, solve problems on-site, and deliver excellent service to our clients.
What You'll Be Doing
* Carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive repairs
* Assist in-house engineers with repairs and small installations
* Working with split, multi-split, and VRF/VRV systems
* Completing clear, accurate service reports
* Building strong, professional relationships with clients
* Ensuring all work meets F-Gas and health & safety standards
About You
We're looking for someone practical, reliable, and customer-focused who takes pride in their work.
* Proven experience in air conditioning maintenance
* F-Gas qualification (preferred but not essential)
* Experience with brands such as Mitsubishi, Daikin, or Toshiba (desirable)
* Full UK driving licence
* Able to work independently and as part of a team
* Professional attitude with good communication skills
