Your responsibilities will include: Managing client and office account transactions, payments, transfers and reconciliations in line with the Solicitors Accounts Rules (SRA) Processing high-volume disbursements and allocations accurately and efficiently Ensuring compliance with all revenue, tax and regulatory requirements Liaising with fee-earners, partners, banks and accountants to resolve finance queries and support multiple practice areas Maintaining meticulous financial records, calculating client interest and assisting with management reporting to ensure full compliance About You: Applications are invited from individuals who: Have a minimum of 3 years' experience as a Legal Cashier within a UK law firm Demonstrate strong working knowledge of the Solicitors Accounts Rules and general accounting principles Have experience using online banking and legal finance systems (e.g. Elite 3E, Quill, or similar ) Are detail-oriented, methodical and able to prioritise multiple tasks in a busy environment Are based within a commutable distance of Newbury, or open to a hybrid working pattern Why Join Us?
