The Project \n\nAs an accomplished Site Manager, you'll be responsible for overseeing the civils package on a Roundabout Upgrade Scheme in Leeds\n\nRequirements \n\nFor this role it is essential that you carry the following professional qualifications as a minimum;\n\nCSCS\nSMSTS\nFirst AidIt is also essential that you hold the experience below;\n\n5 years + experience as a Site Manager / Site Agent in the Civil Engineering sector\nExperience running streetworks / roundabout upgrade schemesAdditional skills\n\nStrong leadership skills\nEffective time management abilities\nCapacity to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively\nKnowledgeable of health and safety regulations and protocols\nDemonstrated capability in establishing and maintaining relationships\nStrong communication and negotiation abilities, with the capacity to collaborate effectively with diverse teams \n\nThe Role\n\nJob Title: Site Manager\nJob Type: Freelance\nProject: Roundabout Upgrade Scheme\nLocation: Leeds\nReporting to: Project Manager \n\nDuties\n\nLiaise with clients and stakeholders\nUpdate and maintain progress reports\nCoordinate and oversee all aspects of construction activities on site\nIdentify project related issues and oversee they are solved efficiently\nManage and provide support and guidance to the civils teams\nOversee daily operations on construction sites, ensuring efficient progress\nCoordinate and liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, and construction workers\nAdhere to Health and Safety regulations, whilst upholding a secure work environment\nMonitor work quality and ensure that construction activities meet specified standards and client expectations\nStay in regular contact with your team, engaging in ongoing discussions about project updates and handling any issues that may arise\nMaintain precise documentation of site operations, encompassing progress updates, safety evaluations, and daily recordsFor more information or to apply please contact Alex Hartley - Civils Resourcer at Caval on (phone number removed)
