Location: Thatcham, RG18 | Hours: 37.5 hours per week | Salary: £12.60 - £13.30 per hour
About Hillview Farm: Hillview Farm provides accommodation and care for people with learning disabilities, complex needs and epilepsy in a supported living setting, in a rural location not far from Thatcham.
Responsibilities
* Managing a team of Support Workers
* Providing high standards of care and support for service users, in line with care and support plans
* Encouraging good community relationships by promoting a variety of activities
* Accurately report, record and maintain records as required and working to care plans
* Liaise with health professionals and their families
* Complete supervisions and audits
* Ensure that duties undertaken by reporting staff are performed to required standards, contributing to a happy, efficient and homely atmosphere within the Home
Qualifications
* NVQ / QCF Level 3 in Health and Social Care
* UK Driving Licence required
* Ability to live our company values with enthusiasm and commitment
