Equipment & Facilities Engineer – Manufacturing & Automation Role Overview The Equipment & Facilities Engineer is a hands-on engineering role responsible for ensuring the reliability, availability, and performance of production equipment and site facilities within a high-technology manufacturing environment. Working on a rotating double-day shift pattern, you will support continuous production by delivering high-quality planned and reactive maintenance while actively driving equipment optimisation and reliability improvements. This position offers broad exposure to advanced automated systems, complex tooling, and critical facility infrastructure, making it ideal for an engineer with strong electrical and mechanical fundamentals who enjoys fault-finding, improvement work, and operational ownership.
