Reed Talent Solutions is hiring a Talent Specialist in Slough to support the Aviation Service Delivery Team. The role supports the full staffing journey, from initial recruitment to engaging with clients and candidates, ensuring seamless workforce deployment.
Job Details
Pay Range: £27,560 per year. Full‑time (40 hrs per week). Working either Monday‑Friday or Tuesday‑Saturday on a rota basis. Shift times are 08:30–17:30 or 10:00–19:00. This is a fixed‑term contract until November2026.
Responsibilities
* Support high‑volume recruitment campaigns and manage candidate applications from screening, through offers, vetting and referencing.
* Attract candidates using various recruitment tools.
* Provide excellent customer service and handle candidate queries.
* Manage applications through the full recruitment process.
* Check ID and ETW documents against client requirements.
* Carry out referencing and conduct security interviews.
* Work towards agreed targets and SLAs to meet client requirements.
Qualifications
* Strong customer service skills.
* Confidence in achieving and exceeding targets.
* Computer literate and proficient with MS Office.
* Effective communication via telephone and email.
* Team player, flexible to support colleagues as needed.
