Daily Duties:
* Support the day-to-day delivery of projects across all RIBA stages (0-7)
* Assist in the preparation of working drawings, schedules, specifications, and building regulations information
* Collaborate closely with internal project teams to ensure coordinated design delivery
* Liaise with clients, contractors, consultants, local planning authorities, and building control
* Contribute to maintaining project quality, timelines, and compliance standards
Ideal Candidate:
* Degree-qualified Architectural Technologist with approximately a couple of years of post-degree experience
* Familiarity with producing working drawing packages
* Sound understanding of UK Planning processes and Building Regulations
* Proficiency in Revit is preferred
* Strong attention to detail with a good design awareness
* Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team
* Organised, proactive, and confident in a professional environment
