SEN Tutor Salary: £25 - £35 Per hour Job Duties: Provide one-to-one support and guidance to students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) Create and implement tailored learning plans to meet the individual needs of each student Assist students in developing academic skills, social skills, and independence Monitor and track student progress, adjusting teaching methods as needed Communicate effectively with parents, teachers, and other professionals involved in the student's education Required Qualifications: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) Experience working with students with SEN Understanding of SEN Code of Practise Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Education: Bachelor's degree in Education or related field Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in teaching or tutoring students with SEN Knowledge and Skills: Knowledge of different learning styles and strategies Ability to adapt teaching methods to suit individual student needs Strong organisational skills Patience and empathy Preferred Qualifications: Additional training in SEN support Experience working with students with specific learning difficulties Working Conditions: Part-time hours Temporary position Work closely with students in educational settings All applicants will require the appropriate qualifications and training for this role.
