Theyre now seeking a Social Media & Community Manager to take their online presence to the next level. Please note: This role is fully office-based at their Segnesworth HQ. Youll be working on-site daily as part of a dynamic, collaborative marketing team. What Youll Be Doing Social Media & Content Creation Develop and deliver engaging content across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, X (Twitter) and more. Build and manage a content calendar to ensure regular posting and campaign alignment. Create high-quality photos, videos and graphics that showcase the brands products and personality. Stay on top of trends to grow audience reach and engagement. Community Engagement Actively respond to comments, messages and mentions to build a vibrant community. Run social campaigns, competitions and collaborations to boost brand awareness. Build relationships with other relevant online communities and pages. Influencer & Creator Management Identify and connect with influencers and content creators across Meta, TikTok and YouTube. Manage product gifting and user-generated content to amplify brand visibility. Events & Brand Representation Represent the brand at pet shows, meetups and events. Set up and run stands, engage with attendees and capture live social content. Build relationships with event organisers and potential partners. Reporting & Insights Track and analyse performance metrics to optimise strategy. Provide regular reports and actionable insights to drive growth. What Were Looking For Proven experience in social media management, content creation and community engagement. Skilled in video editing, photography and graphic design (Canva, CapCut, Adobe Premiere, etc.). Excellent written and verbal communication skills. A genuine passion for pets and community-building. Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects and travel to events as needed. A creative, proactive mindset with strong storytelling ability. Basic knowledge of social media analytics tools. Nice-to-Haves Experience in the pet industry or influencer marketing. Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and digital marketing strategies.
