Shift patterns: Mon to Thurs- 7:00 to 16:00, Fri 7:00 to 13:00

We're now looking for a Helpdesk Operator who will be working closely with the customer on deliveries, KPI and manifesting, dealing with all areas of the Logistics and Manufacturing Business.
✅A TYPICAL DAY MAY INVOLVE
* Produce analyse and provide reports as on a daily and weekly basis to management and the customer
* Manage queries from internal and external customers on a daily basis
* Perform warehouse & operational administration (ie order processing, pod processing, data gathering) as required
* Deliver accurate information to support achievement of service level agreements, targets and reports in timely manner.
* Working in a team environment
