Specialist Mentor
We are seeking to appoint a Specialist Mentor to join our team of well-established Mentors who work as part of our wider Inclusion Team. The role of a Specialist Mentor is to provide academic and holistic support for learners with EHCPs and identified learning needs, providing one to one academic support for learners to ensure equal access to teaching, learning and assessment for all learners regardless of learning need or difficulty. Our Specialist Mentors provide support across subject areas including Public Services, Sport, Motor Vehicle, and Maths.
The post holder will be qualified to at least level in 4 in a relevant subject or 2 years' experience in Mentor role in a FE environment.
Salary: £19,088 per annum (pro rata depending on start date) Hours: 33 hours per week, term-time only Tenure: Temporary until March 27th 2026 Closing Date: 13/11/2025 Interview Date: TBC
