The school supports children and young people aged 7–19 with autism and additional learning needs, creating a nurturing environment where every pupil can thrive. What you’ll be doing: Providing one-to-one and small group support for pupils with ASC Helping learners build confidence, independence, and social understanding Working closely with teachers, therapists, and pastoral staff to create calm, structured routines Supporting communication and sensory needs with empathy and creativity What we’re looking for: Experience supporting children or young people with autism (school, residential, or care settings welcome) A calm, positive, and patient approach Flexibility and a good sense of humour—every day’s different!
