Key Responsibilities
Provide first-line ICT support to staff and students, ensuring smooth operations.
Maintain IT rooms and equipment, keeping everything in up to date
Keep software/hardware inventories updated and accurate.
Manage helpdesk calls and respond independently to IT issues.
Assist with the evaluation and implementation of new and existing software.
Develop and maintain recording systems for ICT usage.
Support staff presentations with technical assistance.
Commission, maintain, and repair electronic systems and AV equipment in compliance with Health and Safety regulations.
Conduct portable appliance testing in accordance with health and safety legislation.
Pursue continuous professional development and share insights with your colleagues.
Always adhere to trust policies and procedures.Essential Criteria
Previous experience as an ICT Technician or in a school environment is preferred.
Strong organisational and communication skills are a must!
Minimum of 5 GCSEs or equivalent, including English and Maths.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable using digital systems.

A DBS and stringent compliance checks will be conducted before the role begins. If you already hold a DBS Check on the current Update Service, that's a plus!
