In this role, you will provide pre-entry medical scrutiny of Candidates' Primary Health Care Records and medical declarations to ensure they meet military standards, following official guidelines and protocols.
This is a full-time, permanent position working 37.5 hours per week, hybrid role with an assigned office of Upavon, Brighton, Coventry, or Cardiff.

What you'll be doing:
* Ensuring that all relevant documentation is completed for each case
* Making clinical decisions and judgement on cases following the NMC/ HCPC Guidelines
* Assessment and completion of computerised documents
* Complying with Capita Audit and Quality Assurance processes
* Working towards daily/weekly case completion targets
Essential qualifications/skills/experience
* Qualified Healthcare Professional with current UK registration (e.g. NMC/ HCPC) with no restrictions
* Post-Registration experience as a Nurse, Paramedic or Physiotherapist
* Strong accuracy levels and attention to detail
* Ability to make clinical decisions
* Comfortable working in a target driven environment, you will be typing approximately 8 cases per day
