Senior Business Analyst Needed! I am currently supporting a London Markets Insurance Client who are looking for a Senior BA to join their team on an 18 Month piece of work supporting their Insurance Platform Replacement programme. You will be required to go into the London office 2-3 days a week and our client can pay up to £650 per day inside IR35 via an Umbrella. Experience Required: Strategic Business Partnership: Collaborate closely with business units to understand their strategic goals and deliver IT solutions that align with both short- and long-term business objectives. Requirements Analysis & Documentation: Lead the analysis of business needs across the value chain, documenting detailed functional and non-functional requirements using tools like user stories, UML diagrams, and gap analyses. Project Leadership & Methodologies: Take a lead role in Agile, Iterative, and Waterfall projects, supporting project managers to ensure timely and budget-conscious delivery using standardised methodologies like One Essentials. Solution Design & Architecture Alignment: Translate business demands into system specifications, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture and contributing to a resilient, automated, and future-proof IT landscape. Implementation & Change Management: Support system implementation, user testing, deployment, and training to ensure smooth adoption and benefit realisation of new systems and processes. Stakeholder Engagement & Communication: Build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels, leveraging excellent communication and influencing skills to negotiate solutions and drive consensus.
