The role
We are looking for a highly organised and enthusiastic HubSpot (CRM) Administrator (22.5 hours per week) to support the day-to-day operations of our Client Success Team and the wider ORX organisation. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on experience using databases and a keen eye for detail. You’ll maintain high-quality client data and ensure processes run smoothly, helping the team work efficiently and deliver great service to our members and service subscribers.

We have a great culture and value engagement and work-life balance. During the first month of the probation, employees should be in the office a minimum of 2 days per week. After that, a minimum of 10 days per quarter in the office helps our teams establish a working pattern that suits both the organization and you.
