Job Responsibilities:
* Support the Consumer & Category Insight Manager in providing high-quality analysis and insights from various data sources.
* Collaborate with the Category & Consumer Insight Manager and Tech team to implement and refine monthly business performance reports using third-party data sources like IWSR, Nielsen, etc.
* Develop a toolkit and best practices for category insights storytelling in commercial discussions.
* Provide actionable insights based on latest trends data and opportunity analysis.
* Work with brand teams to support their brand and market growth plans with category insights.
* Develop a deep understanding of the categories and markets, identifying emerging trends for growth opportunities.
* Manage and own personal professional development to meet work and career objectives.

* Strong ability to synthesize complex numerical data into clear narratives.
* Quick learner of new systems, with a focus on being action-oriented.
* Ambitious about driving insights and continuous improvement.
* Proven ability to deliver creative work within tight budgets.
* Commercially astute with excellent organizational skills.
* Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
Professional Requirements:
* Experience as an Insights Executive or similar role, with expertise in category management using Nielsen and IWSR data.
* Skills in data manipulation, modeling, automation, and storytelling with tools like Power Query, PowerPivot, Excel, and Power BI are advantageous.
* Experience in the drinks industry or FMCG is beneficial.
