HR Systems and Payroll Implementation Specialist

Pay rate: £450-£550 per day PAYE
Role length: Anticipated 4 months
Bristol: Hybrid working with 2 to 3 days in the office
The role:
We have an urgent requirement for an interim HR Systems and Payroll Implementation Specialist to support the implementation of a new payroll provider and to understand what is required for a successful payroll transfer, including data migration and parallel runs.
Previous experience of implementing payroll systems is essential for this role and iTrent experience would be a real advantage.
What the client is looking for:
* Previously migrated an outsourced payroll between two providers, ideally in a short time frame and mid-financial year
* Full understanding of payroll processing and set up, including interdependencies with HMRC and (ideally local government) pension arrangements
* Understanding of contractual arrangements with payroll providers, SLA's and licencing agreements
* Experience of implementing Payroll systems
* Excellent stakeholder management
* Knowledge of year end statutory reporting requirements
* Database configuration
* Experience using and or implementing iTrent
* Strong understanding of what is required for a successful payroll transfer, including data migration and parallel runs
