We are looking for someone who has excellent DIY skills, ideally in one or more of the following plumbing, carpentry and painting. Knowledge of Fire Regulations and Health & safety procedures would be an advantage. You must be numerate, computer literate and physically fit. Key responsibilities of this role include site security, opening and locking of the school premises. School improvements, site maintenance and upkeep of the school buildings and grounds. Main key holder. Managing a team of cleaners and caretaker, cleaning, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. You will also be responsible for managing budgets, liaising with contractors, and coordinating any necessary repairs or renovations.
