National Training Manager (Multi UK Operations)
Location: National role (UK wide travel required)
Salary: £50,000-£55,000 + benefits
We are seeking an experienced and driven National Training Manager to lead the learning and development strategy across a fast-paced, multi-site UK operation. This is a pivotal role responsible for ensuring consistent, high quality training delivery across all locations, supporting operational excellence and business growth.
Key Responsibilities
1. Design and implement a national training strategy aligned with business objectives
2. Oversee training delivery across multiple UK sites, ensuring consistency and quality
3. Lead, coach, and develop a team of regional trainers and facilitators
4. Identify skills gaps and implement effective learning solutions
5. Partner with senior stakeholders to support operational performance and change initiatives
6. Monitor training effectiveness through KPIs, feedback, and performance metrics
7. Ensure compliance with all regulatory and company standards
8. Manage training budgets and resources efficiently
Experience:
9. Proven experience in a senior training or L&D role within a multi-site UK business
10. Experience within Contract Catering, Facilities Management, Logistics or Hospitality
11. Strong leadership and team development skills
12. Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities
13. Strategic thinker with hands on delivery capability
14. Experience in designing and implementing scalable training programmes
15. Willingness to travel nationally on a regular basis
