The Opportunity As Principal Structural Engineer, you’ll lead complex design projects from concept through to delivery. Role Responsibilities Leading structural engineering designs across a range of building and infrastructure projects Overseeing design output, calculations, and technical drawings to ensure accuracy and compliance Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to develop coordinated solutions Acting as a key point of contact for clients, consultants, and stakeholders Mentoring and supporting junior engineers and technicians Contributing to business development and identifying growth opportunities Managing resources, project timelines, and financial performance where appropriate What We're Looking For This role is ideal for an experienced structural engineer who is ready to take on more responsibility and grow into a leadership role. The ideal candidate will have: A degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (Master’s desirable) Minimum 10 years of experience in structural engineering design Chartered status (MICE or MIStructE) Excellent technical knowledge across a range of structural systems and materials Proficiency with industry-standard software for structural analysis and design Strong understanding of current codes, standards, and regulations Leadership capability, with experience mentoring or managing engineers A client-focused approach and excellent communication skills Why Apply?
