Bid Manager – Technology Consultancy

Skills & Experience
Essential
* Experience as a Bid Manager, Proposal Lead, or Bid Writer within consultancy, technology services, or similar complex environments.
* Strong understanding of structured sales cycles, tenders, and public-sector procurement.
* Excellent written communication, editing, and persuasive writing skills.
* Ability to manage multiple deadlines and coordinate contributions across teams.
* Comfortable engaging with technical experts and senior stakeholders.
Desirable
* Experience working with regulated, high-assurance, or compliance-heavy sectors.
* Knowledge of public-sector frameworks (e.g., digital, technology, professional services).
* Formal bid / proposal qualifications (e.g., APMP).
* Eligibility for security checks or prior exposure to sensitive environments.
