Cobbydale Construction are looking to recruit a time served Builder for a working Site Foreman position that has opened up on our forward thinking and diverse team.
The successful candidate must have previous experience within the construction industry and be able to work from plans and organise everyday tasks in effort to meet deadlines. We require a person who will be able to run jobs efficiently and organise other tradesmen, as well as liaising with customers when required. The candidate must be reliable and hold a full UK driving license.
In addition the candidate should also be experienced with all aspects of the building trade although not necessarily proficient in all; such skills should include but are not limited to:
* Stonework, brickwork and blockwork
* Plastering and external rendering
* Roofing
* Structural work
* First and second fix joinery
* Drainage and ground works

Pay: £35,000.00-£41,000.00 per year
