About the Role
A leading global social media and digital advertising organisation is looking for an experienced Business Education Training Partner to join their EMEA Training & Enablement team.
This team focuses on empowering advertisers, agencies, and partners through world-class education across the company’s marketing solutions. You will play a key role in shaping and delivering training programs across DACH, CEE, Benelux & Nordics markets.
This is an ideal opportunity for someone with a strong background in digital marketing, media planning/buying, paid social platforms, training, and program management, who enjoys working cross-functionally and operating at scale.
What You Will Do
* Lead the planning, scheduling and activation of digital marketing training programs across multiple EMEA regions.
* Work closely with sales teams, project managers, cross-functional partners to understand audience learning needs.
* Manage training calendars, certification programs, webinars, bootcamps and large-scale education initiatives.
* Maintain a strong understanding of paid social advertising products, especially performance marketing and direct response.
* Ensure training materials, decks, and content remain accurate, consistent and aligned with global learning frameworks.
* Occasionally deliver full-day in-person or virtual training sessions.
* Support the growth of certification initiatives, including exam booking coordination and learner support.
* Represent the education function as the regional point of contact for EMEA training activities.
* Analyse feedback, identify education gaps, and refine training strategy for key markets.
* Travel (approx. 20%) for key events and training sessions.
What You Need
Must-Have Skills
* 8+ years’ experience in digital marketing, media planning/buying, training, or program management.
* Strong expertise in paid social advertising (Facebook/Instagram Ads highly preferred).
* Experience managing large-scale learning, training or enablement programs.
* Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
* Strong organisational and project management skills.
* Professional fluency in English.
Nice-to-Have
* Fluency in German (advantage).
* Experience working with advertisers, media agencies, or digital platforms.
* Experience delivering training or workshops.
* Any paid social certification (Meta Blueprint highly desirable).
