At WEBSS (Wakefield Early Behaviour Support Service), we take a unique, compassionate approach to supporting the emotional wellbeing of children aged 5–10 who experience anxiety or low mood linked to autism or other neurodevelopmental conditions (diagnosed or not).

Our focus is on connection, resilience, and empowerment—helping families feel understood, supported, and confident about the future.

* Organised, proactive, and able to manage their own workload effectively
* Resilient, empathetic, and passionate about supporting families
* Able to work both independently and as part of a team
