We are looking to welcome an experienced I n-House Consultant - SAP SuccessFactors to our team at Market Drayton for a fixed term of 6 -12 months. The role of the In-House SF Consultant combines expert knowledge of the processes and workflows of Employee Services with knowledge of how these can best be implemented in SAP and SAP SuccessFactors. You will not only be the interface between the stakeholders in the Shared Service Centre, the management functions, the HR Business Partners and IT, but also the administrator of the implemented SAP SF modules. You will drive the standardisation, innovation and integration of our business processes both within HR and end-to-end Your challenge for the In-House Consultant - SAP SuccessFactors Support the global implementation and further development of SAP SuccessFactors in close cooperation with internal and external stakeholders. Support, configure and design the existing HR systems, in particular SAP SuccessFactors, and monitor the HR IT services relating to SAP SuccessFactors. You will provide 2nd / 3rd level support during regular operations like e.g. maintaining the business structure, handling data imports, and updating existing configurations Advise the various departments on best practices in the application, prepare workshops on implementation and further development and carry these out in coordination with the specialist department. You will also advise and train key users. Create concepts and specifications and take care of the implementation, including configuration, careful testing and documentation. Analyse processes, identify potential for optimisation and continuously develop the user-friendliness of existing applications as part of a team. In module support, you will consider upcoming release changes and ensure their smooth implementation Key skills & experience for the In-House Consultant - SAP SuccessFactors Excellent command of written and spoken English Completed (technical) university degree in economics, business informatics or comparable degree programmes (diploma or master's degree) or training with a corresponding additional qualification. Several years of hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors, in particular Employee Central and ideally also at least one other module. Experience with Interfaces is a plus SAP SuccessFactors Platform Expert and/or Employee Central Core Expert certification. Ideally cross-module implementation experience in SAP SuccessFactors. Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Word, Excel, Powerpoint). Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills. Strategic understanding and a high willingness to innovate as well as the ability and willingness to adapt one's own strategies, goals and tasks to changing situations. Strong ability to work in a goal-orientated, interdisciplinary and holistic manner. Entrepreneurial thinking and cost awareness skills. Willingness to travel.
