Talent Acquisition Partner

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Interim Talent Acquisition Partner. This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about recruitment and eager to make a real impact across the organisation.
What You'll Do
* Coordinate the end-to-end recruitment process – from job design and advertising through to offers and onboarding.
* Ensure all recruitment practices align with safer recruitment standards and employment legislation.
* Partner with hiring managers to create engaging job descriptions and adverts.
* Manage advertising campaigns across job boards, social media, and local networks.
* Pre-screen and shortlist candidates, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
* Support interview scheduling, candidate communication, and selection activities.
* Build and maintain relationships with recruitment agencies, negotiating terms where required.
* Provide reporting and insights on recruitment activity to management and regional teams.
What We're Looking For
* 2–3 years' experience in recruitment, with a strong background in headhunting or agency resourcing. Experience within a fast-paced or multi-site organisation is highly desirable.
* Strong organisational and multi-tasking skills, with excellent attention to detail.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* A positive, flexible, and proactive approach to work.
* CIPD Level 3 (or equivalent HR/Recruitment qualification) desirable.
* Knowledge of safer recruitment or experience in an education would be an advantage.
